Born October 31, 1964.

He received technical education in sphere of metal production industry.

He played in groups “Riga Black Coffee” and “Driz” with Eric Vagner, in praise team of “New Generation” church and also in praise teams of “First Love” and “Good News” churches.

10 years old Yuri attended guitar class. Even at 11 years old he played in teenagers’ music group. He was talented pupil and his teacher trusted him tuning of all guitars and running teenagers’ music shows. When he turned 16 according to his father’ desire Yuri entered technical school. At that time he realized that he enjoys playing guitar. He easily played new chords and difficult gamut. In a few months Yuri was accepted by one music group as a solo-guitarist. It became his job but he almost quit music because of sport. Nevertheless when he unexpectedly received in invitation from former Vjacheslav Mitrohin’ band Yuri gladly agreed. In 7 months he quit playing in restaurants and started to play with famous musician Valery Belinov. Meeting this man was very valuable for Yuri. He adopted rich musical experience of his teacher. After Valery Belinov moved to America, Yuri’ life stagnated. Besides that he couldn’t actively play because of his health condition.
